How are goods shipped?
Orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt. Most items sent via Australia Post, with tracking number, that will be advised. Fastway couriers may be used for larger parcels, also with tracking number advised. NO POSTAGE CHARGED TO YOU IF YOU ARE BASED IN AUSTRALIA
What is your return policy?
Items found to be faulty as a result of poor manufacture will be replaced at no charge or full refund given. Return of faulty goods will be at purchaser’s expense.
What if I change my mind or no longer require the item?
Item/s must be returned undamaged with 7 days of receipt and in original packaging. Cost of return at buyers expense.
How can I pay?
We accept Paypal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit to our bank account.
Do you sell genuine brand names?
All Brand products are of genuine manufacture and come with Manufacturers warranty.
Is every item shown in your online store in stock?
Yes, all items listed are in stock and ready for dispatch.
How do I make a purchase?
First you need to find what you are looking for. You can either use the Browse or Search facilities. When you have found what you are after, add the item to your basket. This does not commit you to purchasing it. Continue the process until you have found everything you are after then select “View Cart”. Follow the steps from here to the order form.
How do I resolve a problem with my order?
Go to our Contact Us page and complete the enquiry form at the top of the page. Also you may call us on 0487394163. Where possible, we will resolve your problem on the spot.
My Order never arrived?
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.
I would like to return my order?
